Tipe ini tidak memerlukan pemanas saat diaplikasikan ke produk.
Pada umumnya Non – Heat Sealable BOPP Cut Sheet Film ini dilengkapi dengan Sealing Tape (perekat) dan digunakan untuk membungkus slof rokok dan lilin, untuk tipe Non – Sealing Tape biasanya diaplikasikan untuk membungkus kue.
Sama halnya seperti Heat Sealable Variant, tipe ini juga tersedia dalam berbagai macam ketebalan.

This type of BOPP sheet does not need any heat during the application to the products. Instead, generally it equipped with a sealing tape and 2 stickers on the sides to ease the wrapping process.
It can be used to wrap cigarette’s box, a substitution to replace cigarette box, candles, cake, tart, etc.
It is available in various level of thickness.

Double layer BOPP Non – Heat Sealable Film atau yang sering disebut “Polybag” tersedia dalam berbagai macam ketebalan serta, memiliki bentuk seperti kantong dengan tambahan variasi berupa Sealing Tape, Perforasi, Air Hole, Gusset, dan Double Sealing Tape.
Kami menyediakan clear (polos) maupun printed polybag (dilengkapi dengan cetakan metode sablon/ rotogravure sesuai design yang diinginkan pelanggan).
Pada umumnya jenis ini digunakan untuk membungkus roti, baju, sarung, undangan, aksesoris, dll.

It is a double layer BOPP plastic or famously called “Polybag”.
Similar to the sheet variant, this product also does not need any heat during its application. This product, can also be customized with air hole, gusset, perforation, double sealing tape, and pearlized film (Accessories’ bag packaging).
We provide both clear and printed film with two printing technique which are screen and rotogravure printing. It is available in various thickness as well.
In general, this type is used for food (bakery, cake, & snacks), garment (t-shirt, sarung, sleeves, hijab, etc.), invitation cards, accessories, etc.

VARIANT
BOPP cut sheet film jenis ini, memerlukan pemanas (70-160 C), sesuai dengan ketebalan dan fungsi plastik pada saat digunakan untuk membungkus kemasan/ produk. Pada umumnya tipe ini tersedia dengan ketebalan 18-30 micron.
Tipe ini memiliki daya susut (Shrinkage) yang bervariasi (Normal, Medium, High). Heat sealable BOPP sheet dapat dilengkapi dengan aksesoris berupa tear tape yang tersedia dalam berbagai macam warna maupun cetakan khusus sesuai permintaan pelanggan.

This is a cut sheet BOPP film which needs a heat (70-160 C) and pressure during the wrapping process. The needed heat is vary based on the thickness (vary from 18-30 micron) of the films.
Different than the other two type of products this film has several shrinkage levels which can be chosen based on the type of product that will be wrapped.
The accessories that can be added to the products are various color of tearing tape which will ease the end customer to use the products as well as, cutting guide line (Shredded Edge) (Explanation can be seen in the galleries).
There are two type of tearing tape edge shape which are “U” shape and “V” shape.
This kind of film generally used to wrap cigarette pack, cigarettes’ box (Naked Wrap), cosmetic and food products’ box, Tea’s box, Medicines, CD, DVD, etc).
